Owner, Founder, CEO, and Principle Consultant, Andre Myers has a Masters of Science in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University. He has worked over ten years in the nonprofit sector as an Internship Coordinator, Human Resource Coordinator, Assistant Director. Has sat on as  Board Member of Urban League of Northwest Indiana.  Along with the Delran, NJ Zoning Board and Dyer, Indiana Water Board. Formerly the Treasurer and member at large board member of the Maryland chapter, Alternative Violence Project.

Mr. Myers is a Certified Licensed Consultant in the state of Maryland. He became licensed to offer consulting services for the Standards for Excellence program by completing an exclusive professional development initiative that gives independent consultants the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to work with nonprofit organizations across the country interested in learning about and implementing the Standard for Excellence code. 

 

Mr. Myers also holds a certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator with the Workforce Excellence Group. He has worked with persons with disabilities and men and women incarceration who are ready to re-enter into society.

Accomplishments include he had oversight of volunteer program for Volunteer Center of South Jersey client, a workforce/volunteer needs assessment followed by the recruitment, utilization, retention and recognition of volunteers.
